Carla is between 4-5 years old, and came to us as an owner-surrender from a family who had lost their home and was no longer able to care for her. Shes overweight at 18.5lbs. Shes a little shy at first, but does well with other small dogs and is playful an energetic despite her extra weight. She is protective of food but seems to share toys fine. She likes walks and being a lap potato just about equally. She hasnt been cat tested, but does fine with young kids. She is mostly housebroken. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm tested, on heartworm prevention, and microchipped before adoption.
