Chico is a little tan Chihuahua with a gray mask. He is between 2 and 3 years of age. Chico is so typical of what his breed: --loyal to the ones he loves: --affectionate, loving and devoted: --willing to take on the monsters under the bed to protect his mistress! But when it comes to new people he prefers a meet and greet with some time to get acquainted. When at adoption events he does NOT like anyone poking their fingers in his area or reaching down to pet him because he does not know you, not yet. Chico would be fantastic for a quieter home where life moves a bit slower. He loves to curl up in laps for long naps and enjoys snuggle time. He likes to play too and will get rough if the occasion calls for it but he does not get rough unless the human get's rough. Chico is house trained but may have some accidents. He will need to be watched for a bit. I doubt he will be thrilled with any knee size or smaller children so he may need to be put up in the bedroom while they visit. He comes when called and stays put with his foster parents. Lisa, his foster mom, is the apple of his eye but when she goes to work, his foster daddy will do!
